How many ounces of water is your LO having?

We give water with his meals so I put about 4ozs in his sippy cup and he just drinks it when hes eating. He usually drinks about half or a little over. I know it'll help if he happens to get constipated due to more solids. I also breastfeed on demand too.

Throughout the whole day around 6oz, at her 9 month Appt my dr said go to 6-8.

None, we are formula fed so my pediatrician said we don’t need to supplement water until we start transitioning to milk around one year
