If I got my period today which date did I possibly ovulate? I don’t understand the luteal and follicle period

The follicular phase is from day 1 of your period through ovulation. This is usually around 12-20 days for most people but it varies. The luteal phase is from 1 day after ovulation until your next period starts. This is normally 10-15 days long but it varies between people, as well. You can't count back accurately to determine ovulation. It is more of just a guess. You likely ovulated between 10 and 15 days ago.

Although everyone is different, it is common for your ovulation date to be 2 weeks before AF starts. So if AF came today, if your cycle is fairly regular, you would have ovulated April 13th
