B6 for nausea?

The doctor told me to take b6 for my Nausea. But on the bottle it says do not take while pregnant? Any advice

I have been taking the B6 alone for a month now. I have 100mg pills but cut them in half and take once daily. It helps tremendously. I am allergic to Unisom but the B6 works wonders by itself!

All medications say do not take if pregnant or talk to your doctor, that's because they want to doctor to approve it first.

Vitamin B6 alone will not do a thing for nausea, you have to take it at night with unisom-it makes you drowsy. And take b6 4 times a day, take the smaller dose 25 mg or 50 mg

I've read that it's best to take between 25-50mg, but that too much can be bad. I was only able to find 100mg pills so I cut them a little smaller than half size (be sure to add in how much B6 is in your prenatal!) and take it with half a Unisom to help with nausea at night, which is when it hits me the worst.

I was prescribed that last year and ended up miscarrying while taking it. This year they prescribed it to me and I decided not to take it. I noticed while taking it last year I had a lot of issues with it that led up to me losing my little one. So for now I just drink lemon water to deal with my nausea. But every one person is different.
