Could I be pregnant??? 7 weeks after miscarriage

I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum and had a d&c back on March 9. It’s been 7 weeks since my surgery and I went to the dr for my yearly physical. She ordered a pregnancy test in office and it came back positive. Today I just received my blood work results and my hcg level is 326. Could this be a new pregnancy or is it residual hormones from the last pregnancy?

Is your doctor getting you more blood work. If your levels rise it’s a new pregnancy if they don’t then I’d say it’s from your last pregnancy
