I need some information

Ok everyone I need some information an no rude comments please... the other morning I got out of bed and I noticed on my stomach that the baby hands an fingers was pushing outward on my stomach and my husband saw it also but my blood work isn't showing up that I'm pregnant an also I got to have my gallbladder removed I was just wondering if it's my gallbladder making my blood work not show up or something an my periods have stop so could my gallbladder??? have something to do with that
