Good shampoo!?

My hair is so dry and so dead. Has no volume. Nothing. What can I use??? I try not to wash it too much but it gets so greasy

I quit shampoo a year ago and my hair has never been better. once last sulfate-full shampoo to cleanse, and then just two types of conditioner: one that rinses easy (cowash) and one for deep. Just avoid silicones as silicones require sulfates to wash off (which are found in harsh shampoo). 
If you miss the lather, there are sulfate and silicone free shampoos out there.

Try using conditioner only from your mids to ends. My hair was always greasy until I started doing that and I can go almost a week before needing to wash it.
