Got a PT job, work tonight& tomorrow but then off till the 14th! Only getting 4 hours per week, is it worth??

My initial reaction was no, but the real question is, is it giving you something you need or want? Does the money make life easier or allow you to do something you couldn’t otherwise do? Do you enjoy the work, or having something outside the home to do? Could it lead to something more in the future? If so, it might be worth it, but otherwise probably not.

Are you even making enough in that 4 hours to cover costs? Like getting there and work clothes if you have to get something specific to wear there. Honestly I would say no.

Ugh I wish. My husband and I have been working 6 days a week since November. I don’t even remember what it’s like to have days off anymore. 😅

Is 4 hours just your schedule for this week or will that be your permanent schedule?

It's worth it if it's your only job and the cost of working is less than your wages; for example, no point paying $130 for daycare to cover a shift that'll earn you $80.
If you have the time and need the bit extra, which who doesn't, they I'd say it is worth it.

I would keep the job on the back burner but try to find something else that might offer you more hours.
