How to make tofu easier to digest?

I really want to eat tofu and some other soy products like soy mince or edamame.

But whenever I eat them I get mild stomach pain and nausea 😑 As if my body can’t digest it!

I can have soymilk, soya sauce and food with soya in their ingredients so I am not allergic.

Is it possible to be intolerant to tofu and not soymilk!?!?
