NJBR - Sleep Training

Not June Baby Related...cause my June baby was a rockstar sleeper from the beginning. But my second son who is 9 months old today has consistently been getting up 3 times a night since he’s been born, and frankly I’m just exhausted.

How did you guys sleep train your baby if you went that route? Just let them cry and eventually they put themselves back to sleep? Intervene? I’m at a loss. He definitely does not need to eat 3 times in the middle of the night cause he’s eating 3 solid meals a day plus bottles still.
