Please someone give me some info

So I went to my doctors today for lab results and she told me I have pcos.. I’ve always thought I did because my irregular periods. Well my husband and I have been trying for a baby and she gave me some options. 1) was to get on femara to get me to ovulate so we can conceive faster. 2) was to get on birth control pills and to stay on them for 3 months. She said there is a higher success rate with the birth control method. The think Is, is I want a baby as soon as possible. I told her I would do the birth control but now I’m having second thoughts about it and thinking of just doing femara to get pregnant faster. I need everyone’s opinions on both those methods please! I called the office after I talked with my husband and told them we changed our minds about the birth control and would like the femara. But I’m at a loss of what I should do. And I know it’s my body and I need to choose but I would really love everyone’s input. Thank you so much if you respond ❤️❤️
