Undercooked pork ribs
I made ribs for dinner tonight and cooked them how I usually do, but when they were done they were still oozing out a red juice. I cut into the smallest or thinnest part of them and the meat was fine, when I got to the thickest part it was a little pink. My husband was rushed to eat so I couldn’t put them back in the oven to cook longer. He ate the pinkish part, and me and my daughter ate the done part. My question is basically, was it too undercooked? I’m scared of us getting sick from it.
