Not judging

I have a friend who has a 4 month old she started giving him real food like bean and rice and food for a older baby i keep telling her she should slow down i have a 18 month old when she asked me when i gave her food i say 6 month she even give him beef im not judging her but i feel like the baby is too lil to eat like that plus she give him 8oz of milk every 4 hours sometime it took him 30 min just to drink all the milk i feel like the baby drink his mike slow because he not that hungry, and he throw up most of time he drink milk i dont like or will tell her what to do because everyone rises there kid difference but i will like to know how another people feel about giving a baby food this early
