Night wakings
Anyone else suddenly going through night wakings? My daughter usually sleeps well but the last few weeks she is waking up 2-3x a night. Most times she goes right back to sleep when I walk in her room... some nights she’s crying and it can take over an hour to soothe her back to sleep. I read there is a 24 month sleep regression but this just seems so crazy 🤷🏻♀️. I’m 8 months pregnant and barely sleeping 😑.
