Acupuncture??

Has anyone had acupuncture successfully induce labor?? I'm having it done this afternoon and hoping it works!

I did it with my first pregnancy at 40 weeks and went into labor that night lol i already have an appt scheduled for next week if this baby doesn’t come by then! My due date is 5/14

I've had 3 sessions sense like 37+4 days I'm 39 weeks today..I've dialted a little more. Planning on getting one more session tonight along with getting my membranes swept at my appointment. Definitely a huge mental benefit from accupuncture it relaxes you so much

Yup. Had it with my first and went into labour that night ! I was 41+5 so you could argue things were ready to go anyway

Worked with my last pregnancy! I was already in inactive labor and it sent me into active labor. Baby was born the next morning. 😊

Me too! Im going within a week of my due date (thinking 38+5 and 39 + 5) my sister had it done with her first at 39+4, 2 days before her scheduled induction and she went into labour the next day! Who knows if it's just a coincidence but I'll try it, doesnt hurt 😄

Had it with my first and went into labor 2 days later (39weeks+ 4days) 
Did it with this baby and didn’t go into labor but I dilated from 0 to 3cm in a couple of days

Had it weekly my last pregnancy starting at 36 weeks, did nothing. Delivered 40+2

I’ve booked in for it the day before my S&S next week 😅 didn’t try it with my first but I’m up for trying everything this time
