Did you announce it? Kept it private? Was it fast?

I have an almost 2year old son and I just had my daughter 4months ago and I’m currently 10weeks pregnant tomorrow. This will be my 3rd baby. I’m pretty much going to have 3 under 3!! It’s crazy and I’m a young mama. But I just want to know what your thoughts were when you were going through something similar? As of right now I have not announced my 3rd pregnancy because I want to keep it private and enjoy it slowly. Also thinking about waiting til birth to find out the gender.
