Membranes stripped today
So I am 38w 1d and got my membranes stripped this morning. I’m now losing pieces of my mucus plug and having contractions 5 min apart but they aren’t painful just really uncomfortable.. not sure what I am supposed to do.. I have always been told to go in when they are 5 min apart, but if they’re not super painful yet, do I just wait it out?
