HCG levels indicating something is wrong?

1st blood test showed 389
2nd blood test showed 528
3rd blood test showed 800
I am meant to be 7 weeks 1 day. Nothing to see on an internal scan and will be going in for a second one tomorrow morning. Just not sure what to expect...

Yes they are indicative  of some issue. I'd assume early mc since numbers  are low for 7 weeks  and not  increasing like they should.  
It's just an assumption but I wish the best for you

We can always have hope, but those are multiple indications that a pregnancy is not viable. If I were in that situation, I would try to prepare myself for that. ❤️

If your levels are going down it’s most likely a miscarriage of chemical. If you are 7 weeks they should be able to see something on a scan transvaginally

How far apart were the blood draws? 
If they were 48 hr draws they didn’t quite double but some women double closer to every 36-72 hrs. 
It’s also quite low for 7 weeks. Typically you’re already in the 4,000 and up range.
