I am 26 weeks and have a cold I can’t get rid of. I have tachycardia so I can’t take Sudafed as it’ll raise my heart rate and send me to the emergency room. I told told I can do muchinex but at cvs there’s like 50 different versions snd it usually doesn’t work with me either. Claritin and Zyrtec also haven’t worked. I’ve been using Benadryl and Tylenol for the past two days non stop but work In health Care so mr sounding so congested is starting to raise alarms as people fear it’s covid. Everything that works for me when I’m not pregnant I can’t take during pregnancy. I really need help on what to buy especially pictures of the item because “just buy this muchinex” doesn’t help when there’s 40 different types of muchinex to buy
