4 week pregnancy cramps

Hello I’m new to this, a couple months ago I had a miscarriage only 5 weeks in. I just took so home pregnancy tests and they all came back positive. I had the implantation bleeding so I new it as well but Iv been cramping for a week straight it comes and goes . Is this normal to have cramps at this early stage ?
