Face rash
We have an appointment with the pediatrician in 2 days but it's driving me nuts😱 it doesn't seem to bother him and it comes and goes throughout the day. Some days it's bright red, others it just pink. No new foods, detergents, etc. hasn't been drooling more than normal. Idk what to think😔 Anybody possibly know what it could be?
