Struggling to lose weight

Hi besties!! I’ve been struggling to lose weight for the last 2-3 years. Entering my freshman year i had dropped 20-25 pounds in 3 months with no idea why, i became more active i guess but i was eating enough. A year passes and my metabolism has slowed DOWN and the weight starts to come on my sophomore year. I was in a sport too so it was odd to me. fast forward to my senior year, I exercise 5 times a week, I try to eat under a calorie deficit and I work a very active job that requires me to be speed walking the entire time and lifting as well. What could be contributing to my weight gain if it isn’t my diet? I typically eat natural foods and nutritious things but It doesn’t seem to work for me.

I think something that could definitely contribute to it is my sleep schedule but its been bad my whole life. from my freshman year to now, i’ve put on 40 pounds since then and i’m struggling to get tired of any of it!

Any help, advice or tips please? Should I see a professional about it?

I don’t know if my medication has anything to do with it but I just started taking Lexapro as well, and I did notice I think I retain more water with it since my stomach looks more rounded now
