Finally feeling like I did some😅
Even though im sore ass hell!! I done did butt exercises a thousands of times. Well squats and etc. Never a full workout. Cause I always stop and be like fuck that!! But can't reach my goals with that type of energy. I know I learn from my mistakes. Cause At first I wasn't feeling sore fr after doing any type of butt exercises. I know I wasn't doing them right. But I learned from my mistakes. That changed 2 days ago after I did the 500 fire hydrant challenge bubble butt 18:43 workout video. That was my first time doing a whole work out video. With a lot of breaks!! But I did it. She was like do this 2 or 3 times a week. I'm like nahh im do it everyday. Now it's 2 days later and im still sore ass hell!! Like ill maybe do it today or tomorrow 😆 😆!! I'm really pushing myself to achieve my body goals. My whole lower body is so sore. But I definitely feel it in my gluteus maximus. And gluteus medius. But feel it in my thighs and legs even more.
