What came first?

I’m a first time mom and am curious to know what came first that told you that labor was starting. 😬

For most people their water will break after labor has started.

Everyone is different. My water broke early at 31 weeks but no contractions. Plan was to be induced at 34 weeks but baby was born at 33 weeks naturally.

My water didn’t break. Midwife broke it when I got to 9cm

With both my girls my water never broke i only experience mucus loss and contractions, my midwife had to pop my waters to break before i began to push.

For my first contractions, water was broken at hospital. 
For my second, water broke, contractions started about an hour later. 
For my third contractions, they broke my water at hospital. 
For my fourth I was induced, contractions started and they broke my water.
