round ligament pain
I am 13 weeks and a few days ago I started to have these pains in my lower back upper butt area. Felt just like spasms really painful. After talking to a few friends and calling my nurse lines everyone is saying it  round ligament pain that happens during pregnancy. My body making room for baby. Anyone have suggestions on what I can do help ease the pain.
