Anyone a Teacher Assistant

So right now I work at a daycare. I really think it’s time for me to leave. What is a Teacher Assistant like? I know they help the teacher. I have a really hard time spelling so I’m worried about not being smart enough. I just really can’t take working in a daycare anymore. Also if this makes a difference I live in New York State.
