36 weeks pregnant and just keep having night sweats lol anyone else?

Yup. Currently 33 weeks and I have had them off and on for months now! I used to get them. Very annoying. They usually linger for a few days and then disappear again to return when they feel like it 😑

I had maaadddd night sweats, especially with my third in the final weeks. 🥵 I was pregnant during the summer and would wake up soaked. I actually found putting my feet in a cold water basin for 5-15 minutes (as long as I could handle) would help me to better regulate my body temperature when it went all wacky.
