Hairdressers keep ghosting me. HELP 😩

Okay so I’ve never gotten my hair professionally done. I don’t know what etiquette is in that realm of things. I want to get a cut and color about a month and a week from now. I reached out to several people and they asked what I wanted and when I showed them THEY GHOSTED. I do understand that it may be unrealistic but at least tell me what we can do to get me in that direction! I mean at least tell me no 😂 Instead I get left on read. Is what I’m asking ridiculous? Is this a me problem? The top pic is what my hair is currently (no it’s not usually knotted and greasy lol. I was cleaning and I had to take it down from a messy bun to take a pic for one of the hairdressers). The bottom two are what I want. BUT I include in my message that I’d like the lighter one but understand the darker is more reasonable.

To hairdressers on here: is this possible with a lot of work? My budget is endless. Or is it really NOT possible?
