Chicory root?

FTM here so I’m sorry if this is a paranoid or dumb question. I have been drinking these Chobani smoothie drinks frequently because they are easy in the mornings and contain Greek yogurt which I know is healthy. However today as I was drinking it I was casually reading the ingredients list and one of the ingredients is chicory root fiber. I’ve read a couple articles that strictly say to not consume this during pregnancy. How much do you have to consume for it to be a problem? Has anyone else had these and been ok? Now I’m a little concerned. I know I sound paranoid. This is just my first pregnancy and I’m questioning things a bit.
