Pregnancy weight

So in the beginning I lost weight. Slowly started gaining it second trimester. Now third trimester I'm back to my previous weight and I'm not happy about it. I know it's normal since I'm 30 weeks but I just don't feel happy and my pregnancy is a nightmare because I've been mentally and emotionally abused. Also been craving sweets. Anyone try magnesium to curb sweet cravings? How do you make yourself feel better about weight gain? I feel like I'm becoming a cow.
