How many naps a day is your June baby taking?

He went from doing one nap a day to two. He takes an hour and half nap in the morning and a hour nap in the late afternoon. We just set a routine and stuck to it. He is up at 8, nap at 11/1130, up at 1230/1 and his last nap is from 330-430 and bedtime is at 830. But he is also up twice during the night and that is even on a routine (which we didn't set, he did)

For those that their baby only naps once, when and how did you know they were ready? My baby is starting to refuse her nap in early afternoon but ends up falling asleep later in the evening, which messes with her bedtime. Struggling 😪
