Folate daily dosage? 🤔🤔🤔
After reading guidelines on daily folate intake dosage, it is advised 800 mcg daily but on most prenatals I can see higher dosage. eg; Naturelo prenatals advised 3 caps/day considering that 1 capsule already contains 800 mcg folate. So 800 x 3 comes up way higher amount than recommended.
