How far along am i ?????

My last lmp was 1st nov according to glow ovulatii  strtrd fron the 12th when to the doctor they sed i was 3 weeks without checking so why is glow saying im 4w5d any help would be great help me work it out i just dont know how too??😯😯😯

Unless you took an ovulation test glow could be wrong. I ovulated a few days later than what glow predicted when I got pregnant, which set me back almost a week. Once you go for your first ultrasound they'll measure the baby and you'll get a better idea of how far along you  are. 
In the beginning due dates can change

Always trust your dr over an app. App said I was 11 weeks, but the ultrasound which does not lie, showed baby at only 8 weeks,
