Ovulation isn’t happening

I am so upset this is the first month my husband actually agreed on starting trying for a baby .. and I am supposed to be ovulation tomorrow but ovulation strips are super negative . Which is odd because last month and the month before that during those exact days for two days during 7-8th of the month the strips showed an LH serge.
