Period due today, milk is coming out my breast

So today is 14dpo, I tested all this week and nothing and also got a negative yesterday. Some kind of thick kind of substance is coming out of my nipple. I barely have nipples but they only pop out if someone touches them or if im pregnant. My right nipple is so huge and plump and burns. My left nipple is normal. This been going on since 5dpo. I've been really nauseous at night. Been missing meals and the headaches won't stop even when I do eat. Heartburn gets worse at night also. Been pregnant 3 times before but lost them very early before 6 weeks. I'm so lost right now don't know what to do because if im pregnant im gonna have to call my Hematologist for my lovenox 😭
