Weird period leading to no period ?

I had a miscarriage on February 4, followed by a lot of spotting and random on/off bleeding. Finally got my official period last month, which lasted NINE DAYS! Then I spotted on and off for about a week after that then I finally stopped spotting. So now I’m on cycle day 33 and my period isnt coming and no sign of it coming. I’m not pregnant , at least that I know of tests are showing negative at this time, and given my crazy cycle I doubt I even ovulated. Has anyone experienced this ? Is there anything I can do to regulate things ? Posting in general TTC because I feel like I normally get the best responses from this group.
