pregnancy reveal plan

I'm telling my parents Christmas morning. We love big Christmas surprises and coincidentally I'll be 12 weeks then so it's perfect. Our extended family live in another state and I will tell them first through a present. My plan is for them to already know, we will FaceTime, and then they can watch my parents get told. Details: I'm going to make a tshirt for everyone's favorite uncle with all his nieces' and nephews' and great nieces' and nephews' names on it. He doesn't have any children himself, and we all agree he's the BEST uncle ever. I'm really excited to include him the reveal. When we FaceTime, I'll have my parents open up onesies (I think) and say specifically "Mom and Dad, I'm pregnant!!" And then we will all jump up and down. It's going to be awesome! First time grandparents!
