Lactose and gluten free while pregnant
I’m currently 21 weeks and my entire pregnancy I’ve been having stomach issues and I often have diarrhea. Back in 2016 I was diagnosed with Celiac disease so I haven’t been eating gluten for a while now but I’m really thinking that my stomach issues are coming from dairy... I literally eat it everyday and I just don’t know how to cut it out.
Please give suggestions on how to cut it out.
I’m also planning on cutting out my coffee as well because that’s been giving me issues recently too.
I’m just constantly feeling so bad because I feel like I’m hurting the baby because of my stomach issues and I just need to cut everything that it could be out.
