Inappropriate older brother

I had to write it down because my memory gets really bad and I won’t be able to remember it but this had happened another time but he gave me blue clear sleeping pills and did this also btw my older brother is 26. I was sleeping and My brother came into my room and I felt his hand go underneath the cover and I fell my back of my pants being pulled and when I woke up suddenly and turned around he ducked underneath the side of my bed and I turned around and looked straight at him and then pretended to go to sleep and then he waited then left. Idk who to talk to about this and he’s been saying inappropriate comments about my body and just weird things overall.I’m 21 btw. He recently told me he had a sexual dream about me he wouldn’t go into detail.
