False period

Coming off of a miscarriage march 5, 2021.

I got my period 6 weeks after and then what I thought was my period again 1 month after that. But my breasts hurt more now after that period than they did during that period. It wasn’t a heavy period by any means- a pad, maybe 2 a day. But it was more than spotting. One of my best friends had the same thing and then found out she was 8 weeks pregnant! She told her doc that she had her period so the doc got an ultrasound ordered and confirmed 8 weeks along. Has anyone else had a “period” but then found out they were actually pregnant?
