NST with BPP

So Monday I was ordered an NST cause baby wasn’t moving as much. Went in right after my 36 week appt that morning. Was on monitors for an hour. HB was great, but it took a lot of prodding, 2 cups of ice cold juice and about 25 mins to get baby to move. Once she started moving she was off the charts. They kept watch for another half hour. Nurse called my DR, they said everything looked great and I was released.

Now they’re calling me in to do a biophysical profile ultrasound Thursday as part of the tests.

Should I be worried? Anyone know what to expect? This is my second baby but I’ve never had any kind of issues before. My first I was 25, super easy pregnancy, easy delivery. I’m now 35, has been a crap pregnancy but no medical issues, currently at 36 weeks + 2

Ive researched and know the clinical aspect of the test but was just wondering about anyone’s personal side of it, if they got it and what I should expect. I’m so/so on how to feel but husband is anxious AF.
