Confusion with app

I know it will be to early to tell if I'm pregnant or not as I do have 2 other children that weren't planned from previous relationships that didn't work and are trying to plan one out with my boyfriend I'm with now but today is apparently the first day of fertile week...I know sperm can live 5-7 days in vagina but my question is since I never did this with my other two kiddos I want to know others opinions on this calendar on glow app...so I had sex May 1, nothing May 2nd...3-5 I got my period...had sex the 6th, nothing the 7th...8th-today the 11th had sex....it said 7 point something low chance yesterday but it's 8.9% medium today and the date of ovulation is supposed to be the 16th...how likely do you think I will conceive this month?
