Bladder issue, I’m stumped!

Hello eve friends!

So for the past year or two I’ve been dealing with a rather perplexing thing. I feel a weird

pain in my urethra area accompanied by an occasional burning sensation after I pee. It’s extremely apparent before my period or mid cycle spotting, or sometimes when I drink certain things like alcohol or soda.

This time last year I went to urgent care and they told me I had a UTI so they gave me antibiotics. It worked for about three days and then the symptoms came back. I returned to the clinic for a follow up and the new doctor said I no longer had a UTI, and that the previous time when I had been given antibiotics, I barely had one and she believed the doctor did it as a precautionary.

I’ve also been treated for a yeast infection, and that was not it either. Anyone else ever deal with anything like this before?
