Nexplanon

So I had my nexplanon fitted just over 2 months ago, the first month I had some bleeding as if I was having a regular period, but this month I’m having on and off pink/brown bloody discharge, sometimes it’s reddish in colour, sometimes it’s every other week, and it can last a week or just under or other times it would last 2 weeks, however this week especially yesterday I had that kinda discharge in the morning and then by the afternoon it was gone, this morning it came back then disappeared again and has now just come back, is this normal when having the nexplanon?
