What was your first postpartum period like?

I had unprotected sex 7ish weeks postpartum. My husband and so used the pull out method. We have successfully used this method for 18 years. Around 9ish weeks postpartum I had spotting for 3 days. I thought it was really weird since I’m breastfeeding. I didn’t get my period back with my other 4 until I was 12 months pp. I figured it was because my baby sleeps through the night and her brothers didn’t. For the last week I’ve been waking up sick. I’m also peeing more. I’ve also been extra tired and a little more emotional. All things could be normal since my daughter was just born almost 12 weeks ago. It just dawned on me These could also be pregnancy symptoms. My daughter is less interested in my milk which was my first sign with my last pregnancy. My spotting was just like my implantation bleeding with my others. This just has me curious what others ladies first pp period was like..... I have 5 kids. I’m so done and don’t want another baby. I thought our method was just fine between it working for 18 years and exclusively breastfeeding. Hopefully it was just break through spotting 😩
