I’ve read it as cradle cap on the ears. Normal for babies 3 month and under.
Keep it moisturized all should be good

It could be cradle cap but also my son used to get very dry behind his ears as a baby and I was told to make sure it was dry after baths and mousturise it with a bit of cream. His used to bleed a little when it got really bad because he had baby eczema.

Cradle cap. Put some coconut on it before bath and it will come right off. Moisturize with coconut oil after bath. It will dissappear in a couple of days

Agree it is probably cradle cap. My daughter had it on her ears.
