help me rationalize this plz

so i had sex with my bf the day before my ovulation, i literally didnt know this. we were playing around and put in the tip for just a second. BAD IDEA I KNOW. rest of the night used a condom. next morning my app sends me my ovulation notification. begin the freaking out. going nuts ever since then ive been so afraid of pregnancy. we already have a son and unfortunately this time last year i did have to have an abortion (long story short i almost died with my son so im one and done) so maybe my anxiety is because of that trauma and how its the same month it all happened. we use condoms religiously and are super careful. i dont know why this happened!! im not late or anything at all yet. i get my period on the 17th and my cycle is like clockwork. but weird stuff is happening like smelling things differently and my boobs looking more filled out. im super scared to take a test too incase it confirms my fears. please help. im very scared :/ and please dont be rude i really cant handle it right now 😭😭 thank you
