QTNA (urgent) first time mom

I’ve had a confirmed pregnancy. My due date is Jan 16 2022. I had to go to the ER yesterday morning for heavy bleeding they tested my HCG levels & they were at 257 and ( I’m going to the doctor tm to check my levels again )& I also have a bladder infection ( I’m on meds) and I also take prenatals . I’m no longer bleeding heavy but when I wipe it is pink and not in my panties . Is this normal in early pregnancy?
