Fioricet during pregnancy

Has anyone had to take fioricet for migraines during pregnancy and their baby was born healthy? I was diagnosed with chronic migraines when I was 8 and my normal migraine medication is not safe during pregnancy, so my migraines have been terrible lately. I'm in my second trimester and my nurse/doctor mention fioricet, after looking into it I can't decide if it's okay or not. Just wanting to hear stories of people that had to take it and went on to deliver healthy babies. If you did can you also share how often you took it? Thank you!!
