7 days late

My periods are normally like clock work always on time never late etc , im now 7days late all pregnancy tests are negative so im abit confused to why ive not come on not to sure when and if I ovulated because it is always different to when the app says im ovulating, I didn’t track ovulation this month as my mind has been else where , my cervical mucus for the past three weeks has been very thick and white no fowl smell nothing out of the ordinary the last tome i had this was when i was pregnant back in December 2019 just confused on what i should do next any advice would be really appreciated
