Has anyone have experience with raspberry tea?

I start find out about on 2 second pregnancy 😩 since I want to be easy natural birth. I'm drinking 31 week already  how many should I drink?

Answer

I drank 1 a day 34-36 weeks 
2 a day 36-38 weeks 
3 a day 38 weeks till I had my son. 
I liked to make it into iced tea with sugar and lemon as I couldn’t stand it warm! 
My labour was an induction because of high blood pressure but was 8 hours start to finish. I did it on gas & air and although it hurt I felt in control and didn’t feel I needed anything more. I’m definitely going to be drinking it again this time round!
